T is available with a prescription, E is available over the counter and doesn’t need a description. Medicine is well made and is very inexpensive here. A month worth of E can be found for less than $10 US.
There is good news here. While much of the world is restricting care Thailand has a very progressive stance and it’s easy to get gender affirming care here. Medicine is modern with well trained doctors available for a fraction of the cost. It’s also a leader in advanced treatments for transition. Getting in to see a specialist is easy with typical waits of less than a week. Getting testosterone does require a prescription, but it isn’t hard to get a doctors support for that. Estrogen and progesterone can be purchased over the counter without a prescription.
Most medicine can be purchased over the counter without a prescription. There are some medications that aren’t available (usually things like extremely powerful sleep meds) so you’ll want to check to make sure your medications are available in Thailand: https://en.fda.moph.go.th/?ww=
